i need to know my rights while dealing with dss/ cps in va. and whats their guidelines on removal of children? also i have court ordered visitation with my son every other weekend his father hasnt let me see him in over a month. his cell phones disc. n he dont ever take my calls at his residence or respond to any messages i leave.

If you have court-ordered visitation and the custodial parent is refusing
your attempts to exercise this right, you need to take him back before the court on contempt charges.
