Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Rights of Husband in Divorce, State of Virginia

Please answer me this question. Is it TRUE that a woman always gets everything she asks for in a divorce in the State of Virginia? Even is she is having an affair?

Using the children as threats to the husband?

Outright lying to a Magistrate to have husband arrested on false accusations?

What is up with all of this???

Taking children out of town, telling everyone her soon to be ex is in jail, when he was not. How does all this work in HER favor??? Are we missing something here?????

Help us understand The Virginia State Divorce Laws?
