rights for separation/divorce

What are my rights if we get a separation? I have a disability so I would like to know my rights and benefits from my spouse. I also have one child.

You might be eligible for an award of alimony/spousal support and your child would certainly be entitled to child support. And a court considering your request for pendente lite support and maintenance for yourself and child would also likely award you the right to remain in the marital home.
