Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Rights under Virgina and US Code & Constitution violated !!!
I was stripped of all my assets on frivolous matrimonial petition founded on frauds, perjury, immigration crimes, child desertion, and foreign court contempts. Henrico (Virginia) courts entered all orders contrary to Virginia and US code & constitution.
I was denied due process and opportunity to be heard. My neither had VA domicile nor any domiciliary intent which is prerequisite to file divorce. Infact, a day before filing divorce, she had affirmed under penalty of perjury that she was domiciled outside of US and has no intention to abandon foreign domicile. Court granted divorce (without any jurisdiction) on grounds of ''desertion'' despite of the fact that I was compelled by US immigration laws to return to my home country on expiry of my temporary work visa. She stayed illegally in US after my return and filed divorce and custody. I complied by US laws and got punished, and she who broke all the laws got rewarded.She was restrained by foreign court of competent jurisdiction to pursue matrimonial disputes in US (anti-suit injunction) but she did not bother. Non-bailable arrest warrants have also been issued against her by foreign court. Now she has committed bigamy as our divorce is pending in court of competent jurisdiction.
