Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia
I am going through a rough separation of 9 years of marriage and my husband wants to sign agreements that "we" can agree upon, but i feel that he is taking advantage of me. he gave an eviction notice to me and my son, and refuses to even pay for our sons day care. we also have a house, loans and car together and he wants to take my name off of it. i also have mother in law that has been harassing members of my family and me with phone calls to take my son away from me. i work full time with over time and just trying to find out my rights as now a," single parent." this is my first time ever going through this, unfortunately and i would like to know what rights i have. it has been very exhausting trying to stay sane through all this and i am very tired of being taking advantage of. i do not have the finance to hire a lawyer and found this site hoping that someone will answer my cry out for help.

Based upon what you've described , I do not see how you can
afford to be without competent counsel to at least advise you on the specifics of your situation if not fully represent you in the case.
Therefore, I would recommend that you arrange for at least a consultation
with an attorney appropriately experienced in the domestic laws
of the Commonwealth who should be able to provide you with
some direction in your situation as described.
Incidentally, FYI, you have every right to remain in the marital home with your son (despite your husband's "eviction notice") until an order is issued by a Virginia court of proper jurisdiction which says otherwise.
