Scheduling Order

The order states that '' a list of exhibits and witnesses shall be exchanged fifteen days before the hearing date''. What happens if the defendent does not file on the 15th day before the court date?

Re: Scheduling Order

The defendant may forfeit his or her right to put

into evidence the exhibits on the list or to call the witnesses to testify in his or her case in chief

at the scheduled hearing.
