Secret Remarriage

A divorced woman was separated and property legally divided by settlement agreement in 1985. The husband files and is granted a complete divorce in 1996. If this woman married a second man during the time of her separation (not after the divorce) and she did not change her name to the 2nd husband's last name because she wanted to keep collecting monthly alimony (that has totalled over $100K since it's beginning) isn't this bigamy and fraud?
