Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I am seeking divorce

my husband has done the following :

forged my name on tax documents w/o my knowing it.

has had at least 2 affairs

99% sure he married to someone else in Vietnam{ in 2000} after we got married in 1990

does not fix {major} things around the house

has in the past abused me {1 time} and our son {2 times}

I need to get rid of him for my sons sake and mine. but do not have the funds to do so. please help!!

He is from Vietnam and I think he will try to go back there if he can just so he will not have to pay for anything. If possible, his passport has to be taken away.

It should not take a great amount of funds for you to move from the marital home (or have your husband move)and to separate him from you and your son. And, no, if he's a citizen of the United States, he cannot have his passport taken away merely because he might return to Vietnam to avoid having to meet his domestic obligations here in the United States.
