Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I am separated from my husband. I have a protective order against him and I was awarded sole custody of our 2 children. He was ordered to pay child support in the amount of $1022 per month. He has not complied with the order, nor did he keep up payments on the car. I have since lost the car, living in a domestic violence shelter with my children while I wait on housing to come through. I work full-time, pay child care and am now without transportation. He has a truck. Can the court order him to give me possesion of the truck since he has not complied with the child support order. He also receives VA BAH (which we signed an agreement that it would come to me) and works Sorry if this rambles. Also, we are in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
