Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I am separated from my husband. I have a protective order against him and I was awarded sole custody of our 2 children. He was ordered to pay child support in the amount of $1022 per month. He has not complied with the order, nor did he keep up payments on the car. I have since lost the car, living in a domestic violence shelter with my children while I wait on housing to come through. I work full-time, pay child care and am now without transportation. He has a truck. Can the court order him to give me possesion of the truck since he has not complied with the child support order. *He also receives VA BAH (which we signed an agreement that it would come to me) and works* Sorry if this rambles. Also, we are in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
