Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I am getting separated and my husband wants a stipulation in the custody agreement that I cannot have overnight guests of the opposite sex while my daughter is in the house. While I agree with this morally, I do not think it should be a term in the agreement and he should not be able to dictate my life. Is this type of stipulation common? If it is in our separation agreement does it also remain in effect with the final divorce decree?

Yes, this kind of stipulation is quite common in PSA's(Property Settlement Agreements) involving divorcing spouses, and once incorporated into the final decree is legally binding on all parties to the agreement.
