Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I have been separated from my husband for 2 years , he lives oversees and has never been in the US and never been a resident of the US. I have been living in VA for more than a year. I dont know my husbands whereabouts and I would like to get a divorce from in the United States and spousal support. Will the Judge in VA have the authority to grant divorce and spousal support over a person who lives oversees?

You can get the divorce based on your residence here, but you cannot get spousal support. Virginia would have no jurisdiction over him.
