Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I am separated ( 4 weeks, I was opposed to wife moving out) I am unable to pay the mortgage and other debt with my income alone. We both are employed, earning about the same ( $50k each). What options are available to me if I am unable to pay my mortgage? Can I force my wife to pay her share, she is on the deed. Thanks Happy New Year!

No, you cannot force your wife to pay her share of the

mortgage, but the lender could potentially pursue enforcement

action(s) against the two of you if both you and she are on the mortgage as well as the deed.
