If I leave the marital home, when the divorce is final, will I have a chance to earn full possession of the house?

Re: Separation
If you mean to ask whether your mere moving from the marital home during the course of your separation from your spouse, would somehow prejudice your right to acquire full title to the property later on, I would say no, since your ability to acquire full title will likely depend upon the state of your personal finances and credit worthiness and not whether you've moved out.
