Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

separation paper

I received my separation paper from my husband and it is uncontested. He wants ownership of our 2 cars and our joint account. He has a good job and I am jobless. He gives me $700 per month. I am basically left with nothing. Been married for 5 years and no children. He took the car away from me and also my bank card for the joint account plus all our joint credit card. Please advise

Better see a lawyer who can advise you about these matters and how whatever viable interests that you may have in these properties of the marriage and your presumed continuing interest in receiving spousal support can best be protected.
