separation papers

Papers are in VA. Plaintiff lives in NC and Defendent (myself) lives in FL. Case was in '02. Dismissed in '03. Are papers from the case still valid?

As to Virginia, not sure what you are asking. Were the "papers" filed and incorporated in other pleadings, decrees, orders, etc.? What do you mean by the word "valid"? Can an agreement be enforced? Yes.
