If there is a Separation Settlement Agreement that is to be decreed into the divorce can my soon to be ex file a chapter 13 bankruptcy to get out of the Settlement Agreement?

Repost the question under the bankruptcy law category. Debts incurred under

a PSA (Property Settlement Agreement) incident to a divorce may not be dischargeable in a Chapter 13 proceeding, but you should get

the opinion of an attorney who regularly practices in this particular area of

the law.
