separations

My husband and I have been separated for a year (not legally). He just recieved some money. What are my rights to that money.

If the money is a gift or inheritance, it very likely belongs only to your husband and no part of it to you. And if your husband received this money from other sources, given your separated marital status, the foregoing very likely is also true with respect to those funds.
