How can I seperate from my husband when the home we are renting belongs to my son. Would I send him divorce papers or notice to move?

No, if you yourself cannot move and neither will he, you can set up

separate households within this home and refrain from cohabitation

and the other indicies of marital life until you've met the

required period of separation (usually 12 months) before you initiate

your divorce action.
