Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I have been seperated from my wife for almost 3 years now. I have been paying her $600.00 per month for 22 months. She refuses to sign the no falt divorce papers that i have had sent to her. I need help figuring out what my next step is to get her to sign the papers.

She doesn't have to sign these papers. As long as you've had her properly

served with the papers, you can go forward with the matter and receive a default decree if she continues to refuse to cooperate.
