Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I have been seperated from my ex now for 1 year in our agreement i agreed to pay alimony for five years the divorce is not final I have now found out but cannot prove of her cheating but also she has just been awarded disability for her can I fight paying the alimony in which i agreed to pay

Not much chance (in my opinion) of now reversing your previous agreement to pay the referenced alimony assuming such was memoralized in a written PSA(Property Settlement Agreement).
