ive been seperated for 8 months when can i start dating again i have 4 kids

This is a question that cannot be definitively answered by an attorney. While dating is not prohibited if you are at all concerned about custody issues arising and the possibility of inappropriate conduct being raised you may wish to delay dating until the conclusion of your divorce.
