Seperation

If you have seperated from you spouse and a property agreement has been signed can you legally date if you are still within the one year period from the beginning of the seperation?

Post separation dating is generally considered acceeptable, particularly where a psa has been signed by both parties. The only concern might be exposing any children of the marriage to a post separation physical romance.
