Seperation in Virginia

Hi,

I have moved out from where I lived with my husband a few days ago. He refused to sign any docuements like Property Agreemnet Document. How do I prove to the court 6 month later that we are indeed seperated?

You can have a friend who is familiar with your personal situation testify to this as well as other relevant facts at your divorce hearing known as an Ore Tenus hearing.
