Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I have been served Interrogatories and Requests for production of doc. from my soon to be husbands lawyer, the majority are questions regarding detailed sexual activity, we have lived seperatly for 3 years , do i have to answer?

Assuming that your husband apparently has filed for divorce based upon adultery alleged in his complaint, then, yes, you will likely have to answer the interrogatories and produce the documents requested which are in your possession since these answers and documents would appear to be or likely could lead to evidence admissible in the matter being controverted.
