Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I have been served with a Show Cause Summons (Criminal) due to failing to meet father for one visitation on 06/25/2011. There was a complaint by the child in regards to her father hurting her in her private area during visitation. I had taken the child to the doctor and was awaiting the lab results. How do I handle this situation?

Explain to the judge at the Show Cause hearing your reason(s) for

withholding from the father his scheduled visitation. (And, of course,

be prepared to present credible evidence to support any claims

that you may wish to make.)
