Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I was served a subpoeana as a witness to a juvenile & domestic relations domestic violence case agaisnt my husband at the time but since then i started a separation and moved to another state..the subpoeana said i am subpoeanad to court "unless not found"...what can happen to me if i dont go?Type your question here...

The Commonwealth could ask that the judge issue a "Rule Against the Witness", i.e., a Rule to Show Cause as to why you should not be found in contempt of court for not appearing and be subject to appropriate sanctions.
