Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I've been served a subpoena on my door to appear within 7 days to a deposition. The deposition time has changed, i found out through one of the divorcing parties, but not through official means. Do i then need to be re-subpoenaed?

What is the law on this?

No, only if you fail to appear at the appointed place and time which you now know to be correct (in my opinion).
