Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

My ex and I share custody of my child 50/50. Due to my ex moving a lot my son comes to my district for school and I taje him home every day during his weeks with his mother. Would this count as a half day for her? Or a full 24 hour period?

I haven't the slightest idea. I would suggest you check with your shared custody agreement or order to determine what it may have to say about the matter (if anything).

It may come down to what you and your son's mother can agree on,

and if by chance you can't agree, then you may have to take it

back before the court for a decision.
