Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

My ex and i share physical custody. We have to agree on shedule. And so its been fine until she was investigated by cps for the 4th time. Now she wont return him. Even though i dont feel safe with my son being there i still had to return him but now she wont and cops wont do anything. Is there a way to force her to return him. Since getting a court date will take awhile

So, what did the latest CPS investigation determine (if anything)? But, if there's been no finding of parental unfitness by the CPS on the part of this mother, I suspect you're going to need to wait for your court date and the appropriate ruling from the court in this matter.
