After a short marriage

My husband and I have only been married40 days..Just 4 days ago he left me in his home in which he bought only a short time before our wedding...He is now telling me that I have until tomorrow to have my stuff out..Can he do this or is there a time period out there to protect my 2 children and I?

Yes, if your husband purchased the home before you married him and using only his assets, it would likely be recognized under Virginia law as soley his property under the circumstances which you've described, but since you're now married to him and have been living in the home for some 40 days, he will not be able to enforce his demand that you and your two children be out of this house by tomorrow.
