Show of Cause for CS Payments

My husbands ex wife skipped payment in Oct, after attempting to speak to her about it he filed a Show of Cause with the court of which we are still waiting on paperwork and he has filed with DCSE which will start taking the amt straight out of a paycheck in Jan 07. Since then she paid Nov, but now has not made payment for Dec. Does he need to file another Show of Cause for the addtional amount ?

No, any additional amounts which accrue and remain unpaid need merely to be brought to the court's attention at the time of the hearing to Show Cause(as to why the alleged defaulter should not be found in contempt).
