Shwo Cause

My husband has filed a show cause on his ex for not giving him the kids on July 4th Holiday. In their custody papers it states they will rotate holidays. However she has had them the last 3 Independence days. He is going to court soon, she has a lawyer he does not. Since this is a she said he said thing can he bring letters from people we have spent Independence Day with stating that he did not have the kids? Will this help him?

No, such letters would be considered hearsay and not admissible under the rules of evidence recognized by Virginia courts.
