I have a sick father in another state who's girlfreind has poa of his medical we have ask the doctors to contact us or to speak with them about his condition she alleges they wont because she is poa what can we do?

Forget about what this girlfriend alleges regarding the matter and

contact your father's doctor(s) directly explaining that you are family and

as such have a right to speak with your ailing father.
