Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I have a signed and notorized agreement to may the mother of my child $750 monthly for child support. We have since had a disagreement and now she has contacted the state agency. Do I have a leg to stand on?

You will likely be contacted by a DCSE representative and will probably have to come to their local district office for the pupose of determining what your child support obligation should be under the Virginia Child Support Guidelines.
