my sister in law is sick might have year to live her husband not suppoting her or paying bills he said he was movin out can he take their son from her because she is sick

Your sister in law needs an attorney ASAP to protect her interests, which could include her right to retain custody over her son, her right to remain in the marital home as its exclusive occupant and to receive temporary support and maintenance for herself and her son.
