Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Yes, i am in a situation with my baby's father and really dont know how much long this relationship will last. When we argue he always make statements about him taking my daughter with him when he leaves. I want to find out what i have to do so this will be impossible.

Get full custody rights to the child from your local J&DRD;Court. (Furthermore, until such time as he's recognized in the law as the father of the child and been granted at least shared custody, he would have no legal authority to take the child anywhere.)
