Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Sleeping Arrangements For Different Sexes

My daughter lives with her mother. She is six. The mother and I do not live together and are not married. My daughters male (age 4ish) cousin frequently sleeps over at their house (my ex lives with her parents) to the point that they have bunk beds. Since they are not siblings, is this wrong? I have my reservations based on his past actions of this arrangement and I am concerned with my daughters safety in a sexual respect.

Much more information would be required to form any reasonable opinion on this matter. (However, if your daughter is in any way being endangered by the presence of this male cousin, the matter should be promptly reported to your local Child Protective Services(CPS) agency.)
