Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia
My son has brought me a porno movie he got out of the vcr at his dad's house. We have joint custody but his father has primary. My son also very much wants to live with me. He is 12 years old. Can I take him to court for this? Any advice would b appreciated. Thank you

You'll need more than this boy's exposure to his father's porno tape (in my opinion) to persuade the court that there's been a material change in the circumstances of the case sufficent to warrant a change in the court's current order concerning custody that would make you the parent with primary custodial responsibilties for your son.
