Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

my son is going through a custody battle w/ the other grandparents of his son..They are saying that they will make me & other members of my family come to court to testify against my son.Do we have to get involved if we don't want to give any information to help them & risk losing our grandson all together?

Let them say whatever they want, but until you or family members are

served with a witness subpoena to appear in their case, I wouldn't be

worrying about it.(And, if that should happen, then see a lawyer for advice as to

how best to respond to it.)
