Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia
I have a son who is 19 and dating a 16 year old girl. They reside in different states my son lives in Virginia and the girl lives in West Virginia. The age of concent in Virginia is 18 and the age of concent in West Virginia is 16. I was wondering if my son would be at fault for dating this individual?
