my son has full custody of his daughter. mother two years ago sign her over becasue she had no place to live. she asked for visit only on sat 9-6 in march was convicted of felony possession of heroin. now she is taking him back to court to get joint custody and visit from tues 2pm to fri 2pm. she is on supervised probation to march 2013 what is her chance of getting this .

Some visitation is likely to be granted her; joint custody, I would think not.
