my son is 16
My son got his girlfriend pregnant. She doesn't wants a dna test and she said that my son got pregnant. Can she keep me about from the baby? She and her family do not want me to see the baby. She wants child support(I heard that her father doesn't money from my son who is sixteen and in 10th grade). And she told me that I do to support the baby.

Better arrange to consult with an attorney who handles domestic relation matters involving paternity and child support for more detailed advice as to how you (and your son)should best proceed in this matter.
You can be assured, however, that you yourself will not be obligated to provide support for this child, but, of course, if your son is found to be the father, then he will very likely be ordered to pay some minimal amount of child support.

You can likely move to establish paternity in the juvenile and domestic relations district court in the county in which the child resides. The cost will assign the costs. Most JDR courts are form-based and somewhat user-friendly. So doing will clarify your son's rights and obligations to the child, but may also invite his girlfriend to file for child support. You have no legal obligation to pay child support for your son's child. Virginia has modest child support minimums.
