Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

my son n law is a convicted child molester, he will be released in jan 2013. he has a daughter and step son with my daughter, who I have custody of, will he have a legal right to see these children when released?

Probably not,(at least not without supervised visitation) but it most likely will be determined by the conditions imposed upon him which will govern his supervised release.

However, if there are no such conditions, then as the custodian of these

children, you may have to petition your local J&DR;court for an

appropriate order in the matter.
