Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

My son's daughter has another man's name on her birth certificate as father even though he is still married to her mother. She is definitely my son's child. How can that be changed? My son and his wife are trying to get back together but the other man is threatening to take the child away. My son lives in Texas but his wife and child are in Virginia.

Your son should retain a Virginia attorney who is knowledgeable and experienced in the domestic relations laws of the Commonwealth to represent him in this matter (and possibly the mother as well who resides in Virginia, depending upon her particular views of the situation).
