My son's mother keeps violating our custody agreement by moving and changing phone numbers without telling me. How can I have her served if i can't find her?

If you yourself can't locate her for purposes of service, you may need to engage

the services of a private investigator for the task. (The court may be willing

to make her responsible for the costs if persuaded that she's making

these moves to frustrate the judicial process.)

Usually one puts a provision in a custody order that notice must be given before relocating. You may be able to pay some service over the internet to find her or hire a private detective. You should issue a rule on her and take her to court. Maybe request an emergency hearing.

You really need an attorney. You must know what to argue. Sheryl Shane, Attorney at Law.
