Sperm Donor's Responsibilities

I have been asked to impregnate a woman. Can I waive all parental rights to this child? Can she waive me of all financial responsibilities? If so, how is this accomplished?

You sure can. Donors at sperm banks do it all the time. If you do not want to pay an attorney to draft the papers for you, then you can go on line and try to track down some forms yourself. If you want an attorney to help you out, I or another of the other attorneys that post here would be happy to help you for a fee.
