My spose still calls me

My spouse filed a protective order on me which is good for 2 years. However she calls me on the phone constantly asking me to sell the house and move out of state where the PO is no good. Can she get in trouble for this? I have her on tape saying she is not afraid of me. She did the same thing to her last husband then had the PO dropped saying she gave a false report of abuse.Can she get in trouble for this?

Who knows, but your concerns regarding this issue would likely be better focused on your not violating the CPO (Civil Protection Order)as long as it is in effect rather than what might get your wife into trouble.
