Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

spousal support

i was a homemaker with a long history of depression for most of the 27 years of my marriage. My ex earned 95k the year we separated. i agreed to a lump settlement of 145k before taxes, (401k QDRO), nothing else. I was seriously crazy when divorcing, and under extreme pressure due to his refusal to extend any support to me beyond the separation period; I agreed to whatever he said. I have recently been diagnosed bipolar and was definitely manic when the divorce was in process. Is there anyway the court will reopen the question of support to get medical insurance paid for until I can graduate from college and (hopefully) get a job?
