spousal support

we live in va my husband made 165000.00 in2008 ,i have cus. of our 3 childern, and have been a stay home mom for 22 yrs. what can i get for sousal support?

Maybe 50% or so of what you're hopefully already receiving for the three children for child support calculated in accordance with the Virginia Child Support Guidelines.

The guidelines for temporary support indicate spousal support (prior to the final divorce decree) of approximately $3850 plus child support of approximately $1580.

Permanent spousal support would be determined by your needs and his ability to pay; after spousal support is calculated, child support would be based on your income from spousal support and his income less spousal support.
