How do I REFILE for an amended
hearing on the last one. And can
I take it to Circuit court as a filing
for legal seperation ? Then, can I
request that the figures for temporary spousal support be changed, in accordance to the truth, which is I am not earning any
money myself, the first judge pretended I was, which was hard to
undersand why he would lie...on the hearing papers. Scewing the
true allimony I probably Should be
receiving. The paper has conflicting information about this amount... one place says $1822.50 and another $1255.00 and another
page says.. $800.00 . How does rehabitlitative allimony work better?
If it does. The husbands monthlyis $7000.00 and I did not work as we both wanted it this way.
